2nd Offence:$2,200 Fine, Automatic Licence Suspension for 12 months (with a minimum of 6 months)
1st Offence:$2,200 Fine, Automatic Licence Suspension for 12 months (with a minimum of 6 months), Gaol for up to 9 months
2nd Offence:$3,300 Fine, Automatic Licence Suspension for 3 years (with a minimum of 12 months), Gaol for up to 12 months
1st Offence:$3,300 Fine, Automatic Licence Suspension for 3 years (with a minimum of 12 months), Gaol for up to 18 months
2nd Offence:$5,500 Fine, Automatic Licence Suspension for 5 years (with a minimum of 2 years), Gaol for up to 2 years.
